As the country manager of the Swedish-based company in Turkey, I took responsibility for developing and executing the company's strategy in Turkey. I meticulously managed the B2B and B2C operations. I independently expanded the local channels in Turkey by promoting, marketing and selling the company's food and food production machinery equipment. I also ensured that the company achieved its operational goals in the Turkish market. I achieved monthly/annual goals by managing the sales team I established in Antalya. First of all, I ensured that the Antalya-based company was established as a result of the goals achieved in this business that I started with a remote working model. I was a manager in all establishment processes.
